Hop Chocolate Does!

The working girls at the rabbitry:

Kelly's Champagne Wishes
Broken Lilac Otter Mini Rex Senior Doe

Wishes is a gift from mom Kelly, of Midori no Daichi Rabbitry. I got lucky because she is not working on the chocolate based varieties at this time. Wishes was a very nice little show doe for me before retiring to go into production, taking several second places, as well as a few firsts. I am waiting to see what she and Blink cam out into the nest box - due mid May '08.

Kelly's Odyssey
Chocolate Mini Rex Senior Doe

Odd is Wishes' litter mate sister. She has never been shown since she is blind in one eye due to a nest box infection. Odd has great chocolate coloring, and very nice dense plush fur. She has had one litter, producing a Castor (shown below) that I will save for genetic Lynx. She will most likely be bred to Mudslide the next time around!

Lazarus' Hot Chocolate
Chocolate Mini Rex Senior Doe

Hot Chocolate is a nice little doe! She has a really short head and ears, and is pretty small overall. She had a decent show career while with her previous owner, and has retired to brood here. She does not carry dilute, so only Chocolate babies for her! Unfortunately she is missing a rabbit on her third generation, so she cannot be registered - what a shame!

Hop Chocolate Landing
Castor Mini Rex Senior Doe

This Castor doe is out of Odyssey and sired by one of Jeremiah Gordon's Broken Opal bucks. He got pick of the litter, a Broken Opal doe (BITF Take Off), and I am keeping Landing for both Chocolates, Lilacs and genetic Lynx. She has excellent type, and very good density and texture to her coat, plus it is nice and short, something that I think Lynx need improvement on. Planned breeding to Blink for a late fall litter.
