Sweet-Apples Salm Moose
'07-'08 herd sire. Sadly deceased, but not before sharing his genetics with our herd.
Welcome to Udder Insanity Dairy Goats.

Our small hobby dairy herd started with a pair of unregistered Nubian X does as pets. Both does, were selected on personality and general conformation, surprised us with a single kid each shortly after we acquired them. We had so much fun with them, that we decided to expand a little, and selected the Toggenburg as our breed of choice.

Our former AM. Toggenburg herd sire 'drove' all of the way from Maine in October '06, thanks to Meghan of Whitney Farm. He is a nice starter buck for us, with an easy going personality and is a breeze to handle, after you get over his imposing strength and initial size.

KIDS AVAILABLE
We currently have four more does to freshen over the next 3 months, so please feel free to email us to inquire about future sales, or just to chat about the goats! We are searching for others in our area (PA, NJ, NY) who also raise Toggenburg goats, and would love to hear from you!

FARM FRESH EGGS
Eggs available from our free ranged hens. Quantities are limited to first come first serve. Spring 2009 we are starting our flock over with a new coop and new birds. Jeremy has plans for an attractive flock of Polish, Lackenvelder, Silkies, and a few others. Mixed colors and sizes of eggs, including those blue and green beauties from the Americaunas.
$2.00 per Dozen.

NEWS!
Early August '07 we had blood work done on the entire goat herd and much to our relief we came back CAE negative, Jones Negative, CL Negative, & Brucellosis Negative! Our Summer '08 Results were negative and we will be testing again in '09. 2009 kids are to be dam raised from FF does.

We are located just south of the beautiful Pocono Mountains in north eastern Pennsylvania. We do not yet offer to ship our goats, but would prefer local buyers so that we may keep in touch with 'our kids',
