Blue in the Face is located in north eastern PA just 30 minutes south of the Poconos. Selected varieties in Mini Rex are Blue, Himalayan, Opal, and Red ~ Exclusively. I am also now working on Flemish Giants and Tans. Hopefully I will have a page up for them soon. Right now I have a Fawn buck and two Sandy does. Blue in the Face is owned and operated by Jeremy Gordon ~ Saylorsburg, PA. I am breeding, selecting, and culling for animals that will really make my herd stand out! I have been breeding Mini Rex for about 3 years now and I started with 3 rabbits in September of 2004 and now have a herd with between 60-80 animals. The main objective is to increase Type, Density and Texture of coat, and PRESENCE on the selected varieties, while maintaining excellent temperment, and genetically sound Animals. I have gotten off to a very good start with the lines I have which are Kings, Karg's Carrot Patch, Midori no Daichi, Rogers, and a lot of my very nice starter rabbits came from Cindy Servis @ Icebox rabbitry. My sales page is up and is frequently updated. CHECK back for new additions. I almost always have Opals, Blues, Whites, Brokens, and Blacks for sale. I have decided to work on Reds instead of Torts, and have sold out of my Blacks. Blacks are still occasionally availible as they are born, and I will also be retaining several Torts for use in the Red program. I occasionally have Castors, REWS, and Reds for sale. At the present time I am working on adding more animals to my Sales page.
